We strongly recommend our students attend every lecture. The schedule plays a major role in why the APEX method has proven to be so successful.

If a student attends all live or online lectures, sits for the Uniform Bar Exam immediately following the course and does not pass, APEX will offer the student the option of taking the next APEX Review Course in the same format (in-person or online) at no cost. To switch to the online course, additional fees will apply.

While we strongly encourage all APEX Review Course participants to attend all lectures, we understand circumstances may occur out of the student’s control.

If an APEX student misses one or more live or online lectures and then sits for the Uniform Bar Exam and does not pass, APEX and IndyBar will offer the student a 50% discount on the rate of the next course.

Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Yes. The attendance and retake policy are the same for all APEX students, regardless of in-person or home study.

If an online student sits for the Uniform Bar Exam immediately following the APEX Review course for which they are enrolled and does not pass, APEX and IndyBar will offer the student the option of taking the next online review course and provide revised APEX copyrighted materials for the lectures which have been modified or enroll the student in either the next live or video replay session subject to availability.
